The startup’s idea was simple: two platforms – a web app for HR’s and business owners and mobile app for people working at part-time or summer jobs. Both platforms were meant to be interconnected and automatically exchange data like schedule shifts, announcements, etc.

Due to a limited timeline the wireframes were made right away. A simple structure with accurate proportions allowed to start development in agile mode for a quick MVP launch

The app design always starts with a styleguide development. Going through the wireframe structure we’ve created a detailed element hierarchy and created design for all states of buttons, navbars and other functional parts

After the styleguide was developed it was applied to all the wireframes. After few minor changes the desktop design was approved with the client.

Mobile app followed the desktop one shortly and was approved with only few minor amendments. You can use interactive design prototype below to navigate inside the app.
